• 啊 - ㄚˇ - ah, an exclamation - a3
• 愛 - ㄞˋ - to love - ai4
• 安靜 - ㄢㄐㄧㄥˋ - to be quiet, calm, peaceful - an1jing4
• 吧 - ㄅㄚ - question particle, implying probability, indicating a request - ba0
• 八 - ㄅㄚ - eight - ba1
• 把 - ㄅㄚˇ - indicating pre-verbal object as thing dealt with by the action - ba3
• 爸爸 - ㄅㄚˋㄅㄚˋ - father - ba4ba4  **in speaking, the second "ba" is said with 1st tone
• 百 - ㄅㄞˇ - hundred - bai3
